The new tool has two li-ion batteries and a fuel gauge and charge cycle counter and the power packs can be charged in only 45 minutes.

The MD of Snap-on Tools says: “The new CTEU 7850 provides improved airflow for a cooler running motor resulting in less down time. It has a digital trigger to maximise tool performance, run time and durability, as well as a 1W LED for lighting the darkest work areas. It also comes with a new friction ring anvil for the most secure socket fitment.”
