Partbusters launches training programme for Sales Advisors
Published:  22 October, 2021

Partbusters has launched a training programme that will provide a training baseline for Sales Advisors in what the company says is a first for the industry.

The programme has been created via Kickstart, a scheme being run by the Department of Work and Pensions. This provides funding to employers to create jobs for 16 to 24-year olds on Universal Credit.

To create the new training requirement, the company, in tandem with partners, has combined a number of individual training programmes. Ricky Bassi, Director and Founder of Partbusters, said: “By providing a minimum training requisite for our Sales Advisors, we reduce times taken to search and offer advice where possible, as well as reducing the margins for error and increasing customer satisfaction and engagement. When looking to streamline and be more efficient, it is imperative to look for innovations across all areas of the business and not just on IT systems.”

He added: “This is the first such initiative in the automotive industry.”
