The event is being held at the Hilton Metropole NEC and nominations for the awards are already open. LKQ Euro Car Parts CEO Andy Hamilton said: “Garages, bodyshops and the thousands of people that work for them are the lifeblood of our industry, so it’s only right that we celebrate their contributions and achievements. The IAAF plays such an important role in supporting the independent aftermarket, so it means a lot to be able to stand alongside them as sponsors for the launch of these awards."
IAAF Chief Executive Mark Field added: “Our new awards at Automechanika Birmingham 2023 are an opportunity for us to showcase the best of the best in the industry – and is another step in the right direction for us in bridging the gap between garages and the rest of the supply chain.”
There are eight different awards categories, and nominations can be made here: www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/IAAFAwards
